Started low cost network environment monitoring hardware/software company using web marketing. Revenues grew to $2.8M. Company acquired in 2005 by Geist Manufacturing under a three year work-out contract. .

SG Software, Inc. (merged with Neon Systems, Inc.) 2001-2003
President (Sales Manager), Austin, Texas
Hired to find contract projects for group of software developers. Closed development $2.5M contract. Company developed an enterprise-class mainframe to PC monitoring console. Investors merged company after contract completed.

NetBotz, Inc. (Venture funded start-up) Austin, TX
CEO (co-founder) 1999 – 2001
NetBotz used embedded processors to continuously monitor computer environment and power conditions. Raised $7M. Revenue grew to $16M. Became VP of Business Development after second round of financing. Company was sold to America Power Corporation in 2007.

Hired to find acquisition partner for this 65 employee Internet Call Center software company. Located twelve prospective buyers. Company was sold to Quintus (stock swap) in September 1999.

Microprocessor-controlled commercial lighting controls. Raised two rounds of equity capital, helped develop new product line. Found three major OEM accounts. Company achieved profitability and was acquired by Hubbell Electric.

Responsible for sales partnerships and CODEC technology licensing for MINX judicial courtroom video conferencing product. Purchased CODEC company technology. Company ceased US operations in 1993.
